Le groupe a vu le jour à la Nouvelle-Orléans en 2019, il est le résultat de la rencontre entre six musiciens bruxellois passionnés de jazz et Léonie Evans, chanteuse et compositrice londonienne.
Leur musique va du ragtime et du hot jazz aux blues des grandes chanteuse du début de siècle comme Ma' Rainey, Bessie Smith ou encore Georgia White.
Ils ont enregistré leur premier opus en novembre 2019 (Blue Mockingbirds - Out of the Nest) et sont impatients de le présenter au Crix!

The band was born in New Orleans in 2019, it's the result of the encounter of six musicians from Brussels passionated about jazz and Léonie Evans, singer and composer from London.
Their music goes from ragtime and hot jazz to the blues of the great singers of the beginning of the century like Ma Rainey, Bessie Smith or Georgia White.
They recorded their first opus in November 2019 (Blue Mockingbirds - Out of the Nest) and are impatient to present it at the Crix!
