Au départ, Saraka jouait dans la rue, à la gare, aux marchés, ici, là-bas, sous ton balcon la nuit ou alors tellement loin qu’on les a cru évaporés... En 6 ans Saraka est passé de trois à huit musiciens, des reprises aux compositions, d’acoustique-criard à amplifié-psychédéliqué, de la rue aux grandes salles, en passant par 3 albums auto-produits.
Le résultat en est aujourd’hui une musique qui s’inspire des grooves afro-latin, mélangeant riffs de guitare réverbérants, mélodies des vents chauds-humides et lignes de basse qui transpirent la trance et invitent à la danse.

At first, Saraka played on the street, at the station, at the markets, here, there, under your balcony at night or so far away that people thought they disappeared.... In 6 years Saraka has grown from three to eight musicians, from covers to compositions, from acoustic-screaming to amplified-psychedelic, from the street to large stages, passing by 3 self-produced albums, many lives and many lives. The result is today a music inspired by Afro-Latin grooves, mixing reverberant guitar riffs, warm-wet wind melodies and bass lines that sweat the trance and invite you to dance.
